Returns & Refunds
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? Return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. All we ask is that your returns be in new condition, unused with all tags and have the original packaging intact. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.)
Ready to start a return? Contact us at info@owencyclery.com or (423) 875-6811. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where you can send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We’ll notify you once the order has been inspected and approved. Once approved, you’ll receive an automatic refund on your original payment method. Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank to process the refund to your account.
*A restocking fee of at least 15% will be deducted from the refund for all returns of used or incomplete items that we can’t resell as a new item.
