Order processing
Generally, orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your confirmation number and tracking number. Please note there may be potential shipping delays during the holidays.

We provide ground shipping for the rates indicated below.

At this time we are only delivering within the Continental US, we can’t deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
*Owen Cyclery typically uses FedEx ground shipping for all orders. Owen Cyclery reserves the right to use the carrier of our choice. We currently do not offer delivery services to PO boxes.
Shipping damages
If there are any issues with the delivery of your order, such as damage to a product, please contact us info@owencyclery.com. Please notify us within 7 days of the shipping date to receive a replacement or refund.
